Spend sometime outdoors
Take a drive
Go sit in a park
Grab Lunch and sit in the park
Grab Paper Pen ( markets colored pencils crayons) do some drawing
Go for a walk
Color in a coloring book
Do some journaling
Write some gratitude notes
Start a garden or plant some seeds
Write down 5 reasons that it’s a great day to be alive
