It’s time to say goodbye to October and say howdy to November! I love this anonymous quote: “The trees are about to show us how lovely it is to let the dead things go”. The trees here in Georgia are absolutely beautiful right now! So many different shades of yellow, red, orange, green and brown. Just breathtaking a masterpiece. I sit and look at them in amazement. The trees are preparing for winter by dropping their dead leaves, they know that the harshness of winter is coming. They know that they need to get down to the bare minimum and turn all of their energy inward. It is amazing how God thinks of everything!
It is a great reminder for our daily lives to release and let go of the things that are no longer serve us mentally and physically. Letting go of old mindsets, traditions and thinking are important as well. I invite you all to take the time this month to evaluate every area of your life and LET GO!! It’s time to also go within and nourish ourselves during this season. Aligning with nature and it’s rhythm is so simple and easy to follow. We just have to do it!! Cheers to chain saw cutting, releasing, letting go, pruning, chopping and dropping seasons.
