Today I wanted to share a few routines that I use to bring peace and tranquility to my life. In a world of lots of distractions and noise around I have a few routines that helps me to release anxiety and stress. I’m sharing 3 things that I do.
I do a 7 minute meditation everyday.
I actually put on a positive meditation sounds ( found on YouTube Click Here to Access) set my phone timer and work to get a hold of my thoughts during that 7 minutes of focusI write down a list of spiritual intention list daily
