3 Things to Start Today

If you are looking for ways to shift your mindset and do something different in your life here are three things that you can start today

  1. Exercise – start today and do 30 minutes of exercise. You can start as simply as walking around your neighborhood. If 30 minutes is too much to take on start with 10 minutes a day and start to increase as you get more comfortable with the routine

  2. Sit Quietly and Meditation – (I actually do a 7 minute mediation daily preferable before I go to bed at night) I use this meditation music to assist Click here!

  3. Change up your daily routine

ex: if you drive a same route to work everyday switch up your route to a different one ; do something different afterwork ; pick out a different hang out spot; try something new to eat.
