Sunday the the start of the week. For me Sunday are such a peaceful day of the week.

It’s a day that gives me a peaceful spirit as we geared up to go into the week ahead.

Today I wanted to give a few tips for Self Care Sunday routine.

  1. Go for a walk

  2. Sit in the Sun

  3. Enjoy a Healthy Meal

  4. Have a Cup of Tea

  5. Take a Shower or Bath
